Kogs Realms provides architectural services to projects of any nature. The project cycle starts from inception, feasibility studies, outline proposals, scheme design, detail design, production drawings, tender action to the construction stage.
Kogs Realms offices are located within Waumini House Westlands, Nairobi. The firm has handled projects all over Kenya, In Juba of Southern Sudan, and in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The firm has a good spread of satisfied Clients including local banks, the Kenya Government, Parastatals, prestigious private companies and Religious institutions. It has also provided services to individual clients.
At Kogs Realms, all projects are put through a rigorous design process. Alternatives are evaluated and the best alternative picked. The project is then carried through using standards of management which the firm has developed over the years and cross checked against any new trends in the industry.
Since the office is fully computerized and all the office computers are connected to the internet, all members of staff are encouraged to research into new developments in the building industry.
The office is financially stable and can handle jobs of up to 350 million us dollars at any one time.
The firm is managed directly by the founder partner. Support staffs in various fields are employed as the need arises. The firm is registered by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya
